- Responsible for planning, executing and monitoring contents on social media.
- Own the day-to-day management (including creating posts/captions, managing marketing assets, creating post-campaign reports and analysis) of key online communities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media practices and trends.
- This role requires a mindset of a brand publisher; to create content that our audiences resonate with in order to optimize conversion.
- Develop and manage content calendar and organization workflows.
- Familiar with video editing software.
- Produce and accountable for all video and graphic content to drive traffic, engagement, leads, retention, that align with business objectives.
- Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc.
- Understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approach work on each and why.
- Manage all creative resources including designers, editors, and cross-department personnel.

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
- Be one with the current trend.
- Creative in creating content and editing skills.
- Familiar with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and other latest related softwares.
- A highly Motivated fast learner is needed.
- Positive Attitude, matured, responsible and willing to work in a team.
- Able to work independently and responsibly with minimum supervision.
- Familiar in social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)

- Contribute ideas for developing marketing plans.
- Plan and monitor all our social media channels & activities (Facebook, Instagram etc.)
- Launch more online adverts through different online advertising channels.
- Increase company product brand awareness through online marketing.
- Familiar with Facebook Advertising, Instagram Advertising and other digital marketing channels.
- To prepare reports and analysis for the Facebook campaigns.
- To come up with content strategies, creating and posting content on all social media platforms.
- Organize all the promotions and promote them through various channels.
- To identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry development.
- Responsible for marketing initiative, planning, budgeting, implementation and management of marketing strategies/efforts/projects.
- To track, monitor and create timely reports that include analysis and tracking across the digital portfolio.
- Optimize web content for SEO strategies.
- Optimize user experience.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Prepare the new task assigned by your superior.

- Ideally a degree in online marketing, business development or similar
- 1+ years suitable experience in online marketing/business development
- Online marketing principles โ acquisition and retention, SEO PPC, CPC & CP
- Familiar with Google Analytics and performance
- Confident writing style in English and Mandarin
